All the experienced and trustworthy immigration attorneys should have made the costs of their legal services immediately available (similar to our posting or immediately available over the phone or via email), we welcome any analytical comparison.

Our Service Charges are as follows:

1.     For Permanent Residence Through Job Offer

$1,000.00 -- Retainer Fee, payable when our office starts the processing (non-refundable).

$1,350.00 -- Payable at Filing Labor Certification Application.

* Additional $480 if randomly selected for audit by DOL.

$   850.00 -- Payable when the preparation of I-140 Petition completed.

$1,000.00 -- Payable when the preparation of Immigrant Visa/Adjustment Applications completed.

 * $500.00 -- Joint Application for Spouse, payable at completion of Immigrant Visa Preparation.

 **$350.00 -- Joint Application for Children, payable at completion of Immigrant Visa Preparation. (EACH APPLICANT)

2.     Applicants with Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professor/Researcher, National Interest Waiver

$1,000.00 -- Retainer fee, payable before processing (not refundable)

$1,000.00 -- Payable when the preparation of I-140 Petition completed

$1,500.00 -- Payable at receiving I-140 approval

$1,000.00 -- Payable at completion of Immigration Visa Preparation (I-485/Packet III)

 * $500.00 -- Joint Application for Spouse, payable at completion of Immigrant Visa Preparation.

 **$350.00 -- Joint Application for Children, payable at completion of Immigrant Visa Preparation. (EACH APPLICANT)

3.     For H-1B Visa ------------   $2,000.00

      * Additional $800 for Notice of Action (Request for Additional Evidence), only if USCIS has made such Action/Request.

4.     For L-1 ----------------------   $3,800.00
